Structured Project Execution

Every renovation project begins with an on-site quotation visit to assess the space and understand your objectives.

After acceptance of the quotation and payment of the advance, we handle material ordering, define a clear timeline, and schedule the project start date.

Throughout the process, clients are kept informed about progress, planning stages, and any unexpected findings. Clear and transparent communication is central to every project we manage.

Partial Remodeling

Not every project requires a full transformation. We also carry out targeted renovations such as painting, flooring installation (vinyl, parquet, tiling), drywall adjustments, or electrical modifications.

Following the on-site assessment and quotation approval, clients may either provide their own materials or receive three carefully selected material options within their budget range.

Once materials are confirmed, we coordinate ordering, plan the execution timeline, and book the starting date to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.

Full Room Remodeling

For complete room transformations, we follow a structured and design-oriented approach.

After the on-site quotation visit and advance payment, we begin the design phase. Clients receive three curated material options within their price range to choose from.

To help visualize the final result, we create a detailed 3D model and video presentation of the redesigned space. Once the design is approved, materials are ordered, the timeline is finalized, and the starting date is scheduled.

From planning to completion, we ensure professional coordination, consistent updates, and a well-managed renovation experience.
